The drop of water and the world
Our earth in a drop of water. In fact, this image has a lot more meaning than meets the eye.
The aura is an energetic field that surrounds humans, animals, plants and all living and dead objects. She is in constant contact with her environment. In it you can read how someone feels, their health and mental state and much more. TCM and homeopathy already work with it in a certain way, this takes place in the form of targeted stimulation and the transmission of energetic frequencies. Even you use them every day in your life, often unconsciously, because our gut feeling, our intuition and our subconscious automatically pass on the information obtained from the aura to us.
So if we assume a constant exchange and a connection between all of us in this world and if we understand the ethical and philosophical extent of this thesis, we will quickly notice that the drop of water on a leaf contains the whole world.
-Mobile riding lessons on your own horse
- Observation of the aura of the horse with problem areas detection
The time may vary for an introductory lesson. The focus here is on getting to know each other, gaining mutual trust and of course the horse. During the lesson, it is important to me to find out your goals and wishes, to be able to give positive impulses along the way and then to be able to decide together whether a training accompaniment is an option.
-Mobile riding lessons on your own horse
During a riding lesson, we work together on your goals and wishes. The focus is always on the health of the horse and the team playing of rider and horse. In the western area I like to give lessons in the areas of trail, horsemanship, ranch riding as well as for recreational riders across riding classes.
It is important to me to see the whole thing at every riding lesson. This also includes biomechanics, physical and physical problems, aspects of riding education and their influence on riding. We can have a positive effect on ourselves and our horse every day, this should also be the goal of every riding lesson, to optimize the contact with us and the horse.

- Analysis of the aura (information about body, mind and soul).
I will read your horse's aura on the spot. In combination with my abilities as an animal health practitioner, I can tell you problems and construction sites and take supportive measures in communication, training and health problems, accompanied by a veterinarian, together with you.
I am also happy to read the aura of your horse and show you the energetic cleaning, as well as positive exercises as part of the aura work with the horse. Even with a well-rehearsed horse and rider couple, new impulses can be set.
For the horse I offer various energetic and phytotherapeutic massages which have a positive and relaxing effect on the horse.
Herbal compress massage
The herbal stamp massage is a massage whose technique was used around 2000 years ago. A herbal stamp is made from various herbs (depending on the desired effect) tied into an artistic linen bag and heated with steam. The subsequent massage has a circulation-promoting, relaxing and health-promoting effect.
Shamanic chicken egg massage
The shamanic chicken egg massage is an ancient art of massage from shamanism. When the horse is massaged, the egg absorbs negative energy, has a relaxing and health-promoting effect. With the chicken egg massage it is also tradition that the horse owner himself holds an egg in his hand from which special topics can be read afterwards.
In addition to a massage, I work with various incenses and scents, which can have a psychologically positive and relaxing effect.
Massages are also ideal before tournaments and after standing times, or if you just want to do something good for your horse.
In combination with the aura work, I offer color light therapy. Each color affects our body with a special wavelength. I use this to cleanse chakras, dissolve energetic congestion and activate the self-healing powers. With the first application you can usually notice how even horses with a more active nature relax. Color and light not only influence our body and our energy field but also have psychological effects on us. Colors affect nerves, glands and organs, as well as our mood. The energetic impulses of the light can dissolve irregularities and disturbances and create an energetic balance in the horse's body.

A game about understanding the horse's psyche
With this "game" I would like to give you a little food for thought on the subject of "problem horses".
You have been thinking about the evening walk with your horse all day long at work. What if you come across a car? Once again you can't let your mare get away with it. You feel pressured by the expectations of others. Even googling couldn't give you the answers you wanted. One of your stable colleagues advised you to put a sharper set of teeth in, to go out with a whip and to assert yourself. You don't want to harm your mare, "after all, the horses take measures among themselves", so at least talk nicely. In addition to dissatisfaction, there is also the fear that something might happen. Actually, you don't feel like going to the horse anymore. After all, you are there and you go out feeling bad. Today is particularly bad, your horse is frightened at every corner, neighs and is restless. When a car comes you get louder, you are desperate and can no longer hold the panicking animal, the mare leaves and runs back to the stable. You are disappointed, angry, and feeling bad, part of you even blame the horse. When you get back to the stable, your buddy says you have a real problem horse.
You telephoned the mare's former owner, who had you from a foal. However, the mare's behavior in this situation is alien to him and he cannot infer any trigger. Ultimately, you decide to look for a trainer. Because the behavior must have some trigger or deeper reason. You have already let the vet look over the mare as part of your care in order to rule out problems with the visual and hearing apparatus or tension. The trainer will talk to you about your fears and expectations that have built up, and you will soon notice that you have a solid base of trust with your mare on the ground. You are all the more likely to ask the trainer why your mare panics in these situations. He explains that the mare has probably had a negative experience in the past, that fears have built up in her and that she associates the situation with something negative. Together with the trainer, you will now work out noises that come from behind and simulate situations. You work with plans, voices and noises in the familiar and safe environment of the stable. When this works and the mare relaxes, simulate the situations with the car on the large square at the farm. Your mare feels safe and knows her way around here. You look at the car with her, a friend turns it on and off, drives a little way in front of her and you praise her for only giving her a brief shock. After a few weeks, the car is driving along from behind again for the first time at a greater distance. It is important to your trainer that this works in the safety of the courtyard before you are confronted with it outside. You both feel safe here. And it actually works out better every time. The time has finally come and you are going for a walk outside. You asked your friend to park the car at a place away from the yard, same game here. When you go out for a walk again after a month and a car passes you, you stay calm, you have become safer, you talk to your horse and you have learned to behave positively in a dangerous situation. In the evening the former owner calls you, he remembered that the mare, then still a foal, was out with her mother on the way to the paddock when a car sped by at a faster pace. Both animals were frightened, the mother had torn away and only came to a stop after a few meters with the foal. You become thoughtful and you realize that you almost did your mare wrong just because she couldn't tell you in words why she was scared. One more reason to learn to understand the language of horses better. They smile.
The possibilities described above are extremes, but are based on a true story.
by Sophia Isabell Ulitzka
The body: "The body is understood to be the physical shell around a person."
The spirit: "I think and feel with my spirit, it symbolizes our intelligence and our thinking."
The soul: "The soul means our deepest being, so to speak our spirituality, our faith, our secret emotions and deeply seated experiences.
In the ancient art of healing, it is assumed that body, mind and soul are in close contact with one another. For example, if I treat eczema with an ointment, I only treat the body. I am relieving a symptom, but not the cause. In TCM, the skin stands for excreting toxins. We assume that mind and soul are no longer in harmony with each other and we involve the psyche in the treatment. Often, allergies are favored by stress and malaise, which also have a negative effect on the immune system. So we see that on closer inspection everything is networked with one another.
